This technique has been given me by the Higher Beings. Turn on music that seems to have a cold sort of vibration, or a very high frequency vibration. Cast a circle with the energy cast by your projective hand and sit in the middle. Visualize your aura, feel the expansiveness. Sense or visualize that surrounding your entire aura is ice. This globe of ice will protect your being wherever you journey.
The winter circle may not work it didn't work that well for me. The ice was either broken, or melted by the heat of my tension and anger. Rather than ice you may need fire.
This technique was given me by a man named, .................. .(forgot his name). He said to visualize the sacred flame revolving around your aura. Negative energy that enters your aura will be burned up by this fire, however positive energy will become more radiant, as it is fed by the fire. Keep in mind that this fire is infinite.
